Well, I ordered a BYO reef package at about 70 bucks, and a few corals. An ORA duncan, Risin sun zoas, and a couple others that I cant recall exactly right now. Well originally the winter storm delayed my order, they called and told me and we set up a pick up date at fedex location for monday. Monday comes around I go to get my stuff nothing there, I call Dr foster, they explain it was a misunderstanding and all 3 of my packages would be there tuesday and give me a 15 dollar credit for my next order, that call was around 6pm monday night, they promised my delivery was coming all of it the next day. I go to my email tues morn to get tracking numbers and see if I can pick them up yet, and to my surprise there are 2 "Order delay" notices in my inbox from dr foster. My reef cleaner pack and my ORA duncan were unable to ship. The CuC bc they sold all their cerith snails, instead of calling me to see if they could just fill it with something else they just delay the order for up to 2 weeks. I am not unreasonable when it comes to shipping delays, but at 6pm monday night the liveaquaria customer rep I spoke to should have known my order would be delayed, because it should have already shipped(monday morning). In the end, they did right by me refunding me all my money and letting me keep the 1 piece of coral that did actually ship a divers den green monti digi. That is not my only bad experience with them though, a couple months ago I ordered a bag of salt, upon delivery my salt bag was punctured and the salt was pretty much like a brick all around the hole. They sent me out a new bag of salt, but I just have bad luck lately. My lightbulbs came in today from Marinedepot and had gotten smashed to bits in the shipping process new ones are on the way but its another 6 days til I get em. I really wanted to see how those aqua pinks looked too. So just bad luck in general with shipping the last couple weeks
