what's your take on this fairy wrasse? I think it's alright. I kinda like the Rosefascia better since it has the diamond tail at least. ;)

Due to the difficulty in collecting them (450ft depth), they demand a hefty price. It is not one of those gotta have fish for me, but I know true collectors of rare fish will probably want to acquire them.

Its OK at best. The more recent pictures are much better than the first, but I don't think its a fish I'd pay a ton for.

They have a very neat story, but aren't pretty enough to justify the price tag for that story. :)

roseafascia meets rhomboidalis (with someone else's tail, lol)

Id rather have a harem of earlei for the price. I dont know, I love new wrasses that I havent seen before but I gotta set a limit some where or the next fish found will be even more.

I was thinking the same thing, Brett. A harem of earlei's... I'd add some more bellae's to mine as well...

cool. I thought I was the only one. I do appreciate more and more species of F&F wrasses are being discovered and becoming available to the public. that's just awesome. I dunno how long before these guys are more affordable to most people but for now, I'll appreciate the C. Claire from a far. :)
