Ca Reactor Secondary Chamber

Just wondering if using a secondary chamber for a Ca Rxr do I use finer media to increase surface area to catch any remaining CO2?
I was going to use reborn + magnesium for the first chamber. Also, what is a good ratio for reborn:magnesium?

A second chamber is good if you have problems with the PH to stay at point.
Reborn is a great media as well the mag newborn, the ratio doesn't matter as both will melt with a in chamber/reactor ph of 6.5.
What are you using now to keep ALK and CAL at your desired target?

I'm currently using 2 part and will be changing over to a Geo 618 and electronic carbon doser next week. Just waiting for Geo to build my unit this week.

Reborn in both.
I have the GEO618 as well with a second chamber and the aquarium.com digital doser and a 20lb Co2 bottle, it's a beast and never did failed on me.
