Hello, I've had this cabbage leather for three months now and it's shed once or twice but this time it seems to be taking a lot longer does this still look like shedding or is it bleaching?

What kind of light do you have and what intensity? What do you have for flow in the tank?

I have it in a little higher indirect flow and it's near the bottom of my rocks with k7 pros at about 70%, I've not done a par measurement yet

Personally I would try moving it up, it looks like its turning brown, I am guessing from low light and low flow.

Sounds good ill give it a try it's had no polyps extension for about a week now too

2 week update, moved it up in the tank and made sure it had higher flow, still looks the same as 2 weeks ago, do these ever take this long to shed or is this one dead?

Can you post an updated pic?
What size is your tank? Can you post a full tank pic?
Can you share your water parameters? What do you use for flow?

We really need more info to help.

I will have to take pictures when I get home tomorrow but test results as of 2 days ago are

Salinity:1.027
Ph:8.1
Alk:11.1
Phosphate: 0.06 (using gfo)
Nitrate: 28.6
Magnesium: 1450

My nitrates are a little high yet but I'm also nearly done fighting a round of dinos so I don't want to crash it super low again.

For flow i have 3 wave makers not sure how many gallons per hour because I bought this tank as a used/already established setup so still learning the hobby
