Cabinet lighting and power strips recommendations

I am starting the build out of my sump for my Reefer xl425 and looking for recommendations for lighting under the cabinet (auto on/off, color change, battery vs cord) and a power strip preferably with individual switches for each outlet.

What has everybody used that they would recommend or wish they did different?

I use these cheap AAA battery powered adhesive LED lights. They are simple tap activated on/off lights. Works well for me.

This is what I installed under my Red Sea 625. Nice and bright. Velcroed the remote to the door. I can easily turn it on and off.
