Cabinet Recommendation: Mini Peninsula 25

I have a WB Mini Peninsula 25 and was hoping to get a few recommendations on cabinets that some of the other owners are using. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

WB sells a cabinet for these now, but 499 is more than I was hoping to spend on the stand.


Anyone else have the WB2416 cabinet?

I am considering a WB25 peninsula. Cannot find a single picture of their stand l. Wondering where the doors are or if the back end is open or closed.

I have one. Kind of regret it tho. It doesn’t have any opening for wires and opens length wise which isn’t what I would expect from a peninsula format style.

Ya, I bought one. I don’t love it either l. How’d you get wires into the stand?

I haven’t yet. Just a wired mess. Need to figure something out tho because it’s going to get ridiculous

I’m going to drill a 2” hole and install a white wire grommet for the wires to pass through

Are you still using this for a stand? How well does it hold the weight of the tank and did you have to reinforce it at all? Cabinet top is only rated to 50lbs, but it is the perfect size for the tank.

Hi, all I did was add a piece of plywood on the bottom so that I can add a set off leveling feet. The top is 1" thick and can definitely handle this tank with no issues.

Hello! Are you still happy with your Prepac storage cabinet? After a year of owning it, have you had any issues with the cabinet's stability? Any issues with the cabinet holding up the weight of your aquarium?
