CAD external HOB protein skimmer

Just bought the unit rated to 100 gallons at M.A.X on sunday, and the unit has pipes leaking. Is there any quick fix to this? such as a sealant? or should i just call them and inquire about getting this fixed, since I believe it is under warranty.

I know they like to send stuff with zero instructions. I would call first to see what they say. If its from the fittings and pipes in a spot that does not interfere with servicing it I would imagine priming and cement would do the trick.

Okay. Yeah there was no instructions in the box. Totally sucked. I went to my LFS and he suggested using silicone, so I'm trying that out right bow

Did that work for you? My skimmer is leaking at the bottom of the main canister so there is nothing I can tighten to fix the issue.
