Cade Chaos Grimoire

2 shrimp accounted for. One in the lantern basslet, one in the marine betta :rolling-on-the-floor-laughing:

I knew it was a risk with him. Still worth it cause he's cute.

I don't think I could properly express to you guys how often I close out threads just because I see certain users there. I will find a thread that is extremely interesting that I actually have contributions for and begin reading it and then see certain people there and abandon it.

Won't even finish the thread.

Zero contribution for me.

It's one of those - well I know this is going to turn into an argument if anyone disagrees with that point. And I don't have the energy for that kind of life anymore. Instead I'll just complain about it here lol

There are many ways to skin a cat.

I am right there with ya. But will just agree and not complain here lol.

It's me, I'm the hater
No your not I'm sorry didn't mean it like that. I'm the same unless I know them I don't post on a thread anymore. Not worth the drama.

Sometimes it's drama.

Sometimes the difference of opinions is enlightening as hell and you'll never know unless you engage.

I'll engage on both for a time. I get bored of straight drama quickly though.

In other news, absolutely no sign of any of the shrimp today lol I put in five peppermints and one blood. The blood was huge, I don't think anyone would have eaten him he's probably just hiding really well. Three of the peppermints were on the smaller side, two of them were decent size - hopefully those two are also hiding.

Both of my newly added firefish are living in the sump right now. They are doing well, they are coming out to eat. I don't want to move them back to the display again until I get the damsels out. Unfortunately, the minute they see the net the damsels go into hiding.

Best way to remove damsels is to go fishing.

Go to a bait shop or Walmart and buy the smallest saki rig they have. Take the lowest hook on the rig and cut the line right below the hook above it, then cut the line above the top hook so you can have a few feet of line once you tie the hook end and the loose line together. From there, remove the shrimp "skin" that is on the hook, thread a piece of mysis on there and then go fishing.

If your damsels are anything like ones I have had, they will be the first to eat the mysis lol.

Forgot, if the hook has a barb, squish it down with pliers. This prevents injury when removing the hook.

Holy balls! I think I noticed reactions to the last several posts from @Crabby48 ! He’s one of those users that you mentioned @danieyella ? You know, a user that causes you to close out threads, isn’t he? It’s okay, you can admit it here but not so sure what you’re going to do about closing the thread. After all, it’s your thread!
