Write all these issues down. get a quote from another contractor to undo the work they did that you signed a change order for and have a lawyer write a nice letter saying you're withholding that amount todo the work they messed up.


Or just move in and get on with your life. Depends how bad you want to stick it to them or how much your inconvenience is worth to you.

I treat letting go of stuff like that a growing experience for me because I'm a dog that wont let go sometimes...

We've decided the battle and arguing isn't worth the headache. Right now it's let them finish it without interruption because it has already been 15 months. We can fix anything minor like that we need to on our own.

Day offfffffff!!!

Time to test my new migraine preventative pills in the morning instead of evening. Turns out, once again, "makes most people drowsy and should help you sleep" works in reverse for me, prior to last night I didn't sleep at all the 2 nights I took it at night. We shall see if it actually makes me drowsy or not today, skipped last night and finally slept again.

Planned to spend the day in the pool but the weather says there's a 90-98% chance of rain most of the afternoon

Maybe I'll scrape some glass??

Yeah, there's a part of me that wants to do an ikea greenhouse conversion. But I'm not yet sure where I'd put it.

Extra space in my office there is already allocated to the pony cube and oddity collection. Potentially space in bedroom?

Could go all out and do an outdoor greenhouse for them, and put a nice chair out there to read or something. Not sure yet.
