When we got River she didn’t either at first. She’s always acted like getting pets is a bother too. Melody( the one above) was born here and since she was the smallest we made sure mama would get up on the bed and placed her for one on one nursing time. She’s always been a snuggle bug to me. No one else really though. River now will come lay on the couch or the bed but would prefer to just not be touched.Skeletor has never once tried to get on the couch or human bed.. It's weird

I had a new guy that started today. In his interview we asked a question about dealing with a difficult customer and his answer was "Well, I learned a long time ago that the customer is always right..." Today he got to watch his supervisor prove that wrong. Sometimes the customer isn't right and it's our job to explain to them professionally and politely that they aren't. Then, the customer actually thanked me and shook my hand. I told my new guy and my lead that when you tell the customer he's wrong and he thanks you for your help and is actually happy he was wrong, we did our job right.They usually are
