Ive had that happen, its so frustrating especially when it is an existing home sale and both the sellers and buyers and their agents have to sit there and make small talk. It makes me cringe just thinking about it LOL

Also, question, those floors where the tank goes were tile, right? Made to look like wood planks? I absolutely love it. I love dark wood floors, which mine are, but my wood flooring damages so easily. It's only been 4 years on these floors and they are trashed. I'm looking for alternatives.

Yep! They make all sorts of tile that mimics hard wood nowadays… I did my last house with them! My new house came with real hardwood and I hate it! Dogs drop a toy on it and it sounds like bowling ball haha! It echos so bad and warps pretty easy when there’s a small leak somewhere.

Same. I did my master bath with tiles that were made to look like weathered, reclaimed lumber and they look amazing!

The new stuff we use in our houses is really nice and is waterproof. It is supposed to scratch less than regular hardwood I dont know about saltwater proof but definitely regular water.
