Snail just wants a little adrenaline rush. Can’t blame it. Crawl on glass and eat algae all day, rinse and repeat.

I've got one that does the same thing in my cube. Usually at night just before I go to bed the cube starts making noise. sounds like the thing is overflowing. I have to pull the top and move him to the glass. He thinks he can make his way down the return.. Stupid snail :p

Plates were rescued, but the "standard airline tubing" that was recommended with the air pump by Amazon, is NOT standard and doesn't fit so bubble scrubbing is going to have to wait

Tristan responded to me nearly immediately last night and said they had over 30 China wrasse in the ready to go tank which means they already passed the initial inspection process. (Whatever that is.) And they're inspected again before shipment. With over 30 available, I'm sure at least one will be good to come to me so I did go ahead and place the order.

I *also* ordered a scooter blenny for the smaller tank because it's absolutely infested with pods.

They should be arriving Wednesday to the FedEx hub near me. Which means Wednesday when I inevitably wake up stupidly early for a day off, I can go get them then come home and start acclimation. Instead of waiting around for FedEx to make their way over here.

I will also be making some Irish beef stew that day, for anyone interested. Lol

Tomorrow is my day off, I'll be driving over to get some. Luckily Amazon let me do a returnless refund for my whole $2 back lol

Scrubbing set up postponed to tomorrow. Had to order another set of smart plug timers as well but I can just manually run it the first night.

Woo. Fun news. Gogol Bordello will be in the area the weekend before my birthday. I rarely go to shows anymore but they'll be at one of my fav venues & I actually haven't had the opportunity to see them live. They used to come play for Gasparilla when I was a server in Ybor so I always missed them. Now, just have to hope they skip most of their newest (2017) album and stick to old 2005-2007 stuff.

Relevant & I never did get it despite working retail the entire pandemic

Just got the text from the ASL at the local store yelling at me for ordering from them instead of buying from my own. Tubing is ready for pickup.

But first.... Coffee.

Alright, this has cemented the need to upgrade my nozzle. Ordering some stuff to extend that a little, maybe print a rfg for the end. Filter roller has already spun 2x in 30 min. The air pump I got actually has 2 inserts, so I'm going to set the 2nd wood stone diffuser thingy (technical term, obviously) up as well.

Also decided it's time to finally switch out the return pump tubing I have, researching now - the one that came with is about 3 inches too long & isn't the style I can cut to fit unfortunately. Only about a year later lol.

Engineer really needs to calm down. My tank has had a constant haze since he decided to switch sides. Not sure how to combat this?

Lobo is fluffing well, giving it another week before I start trying to rehome it I think.

New frag thing arrived for me to swap around either tonight or tomorrow, acros I ordered come in next week (I think). & Let's see if I get a call today telling me the China can't be shipped for some reason

If all goes according to plan: China, black leopard, & cbb coming for this tank tomorrow.
