Not a word.

I've had nothing but issues with them since this process started. The team that made my cade1200 lid ran behind but they communicated it and were super responsive every step of the way.

Unfortunately they don't appear to be making them anymore.

This company has been issues from pretty much every step post payment. Super awesome and responsive until I paid. Was told I'd get the first draft within 48 hours, a week later - despite picking one not needing measurements, required measurements. Drew up a draft that did not meet the supplied measurements. Twice. Then followed up saying oops they drafted it with the more expensive style and I had to reapprove with the other a week later.

I'm still past their listed lead time from that approval date. Zero communication since then.
Time to send an email to the effect : I will be contacting my bank to advise them that the transaction made with your company was not fulfilled and I will be disputing the charge made due to product not delivered.

I sent an email asking for an update since I was past the lead time and had zero communication to this point. Giving them a chance...

You are a better person then me.

The customers will still ask me to get up the step ladder to get stuff for them. Or carry their 40+lb bags of food, or go get them shopping carts because they didn't plan properly.
Poor planning on thier part doesn't constitute an emergency on me.
I've been bit by a recluse on my leg 3 times. It was not stop itching and pain. I used hot running water for relief. I hate those spiders.

Some recluse venom isn't as bad as others
I think arizona or georgia has the super nasty ones.
It may not have been a brown recluse
Missouri has some bad ones. Arizona supposedly doesn't have Brown Recluse but a close relative - the Arizona Brown Spider. At least that's what they tell me.
So does illinois and @fishguy242, @Goaway they are in our area. I run into more and more often. Very few times in homes.

Brown recluse spiders arnt usually found in Florida. Spot up populations have happened.

The recluse range. 6 species in US
Might be an old map range, they're definitely in Idaho too. I had a neighbor who's dog was bitten in the back and it barely survived the ordeal. They had the squished spider, the dog rolled on it. Took it to the WSU vet to study the whole thing.

Even in heavily infested homes and businesses bites are not common. Fangs are smaller than bee stinger. Most people will never know a spider bit them. The symptoms will start 2 to 4 hours after the bite.
That is unless you see the spider that but you. Always try to catch alive and place in a container so it can be properly identified. A squashed bug is very hard to id.

Exactly, note the brown bears ,now being seen south of Chicago , STL , Carbondale ,and Springfield to name a few... :)

I felt like a badger when I ordered my tank "whens shipping?" Once to twice per week. I told them, I just want updates on what's going on. AT least the responded with
"we're waiting on a trucker that has room heading that way, unless you want to pay for extra shipping. We are doing this as cheap as possible to save us both money" I respect that.

Communication is dead these days. Husband needed to do an rma, and every response felt like a flipping loop.
"Please email blah blah with issue and reciept proving purchase" he had to send that information out 5 times to 5 different emails.

They got back to him 3 business days later....

This new world sucks!
I have no problem going off the rails. I was a purchasing agent for a number of years and we had to wear our indignation on the outside....
I'd totally call and cancel the whole thing and get my $$ back. Tell them to go eat a bag of stuff...
bridges = burned.

I work in retail, I get that **** happens. I have had too many people go off the rails on me for things wildly outside of my control that I'm going to give them a chance first. And then I will act accordingly

We have a black widow as well. We actually have the traditional blackwidow and the northern black widow that have a different hourglass color and pattern.

However more prevalent in Florida. Florida has a lot more critters that can cause sever bodily harm or death both in and out of the water.

Mountain lions as well. Wolves are making a comeback in illinois.

Here's a fact of the day

Black widow bites have significantly reduced since the invention of indoor plumbing. This is because in out houses the black widow would place the webs under the seat to catch all the bugs. Well males would take most of the bites because of the low hanging fruit.
