I'm looking at a list of native plants and "weeds" to put in the new place.

They're required to sod over the septic drain field, we're going to cardboard over that to kill the stupid grass right away then put in frogfruit instead. Grass is dumb.

Plant app says charlock or ******* cabbage. I like the latter of course.

The name of the cabbage is the same as a person born who doesn't know who their father is aka Jon snow. It edited out the word

Funny thing....I have let goldenrod take over in a section of my flowerbeds because the bees love it in the fall. The Old dog goes over every evening and eats a few of the leaves. Turns out it's good for inflammation.

*Supposedly* cabinets and interior paint are going to be done in our new house by the 1st of Aug (Tuesday). Flooring was scheduled on the 1st but "the flooring company is behind schedule" and they "don't have an updated eta"

We'll be investigating tomorrow.

Enjoy you time off. You will have to send me the recipe for the key lime blondies. I lurv anything key lime. Maybe a good thing the flooring is delayed. Don't want anyone else that comes in to mess it up and then have to redo it( ie paint, cabinets etc)

Well they said the plan was those to be done before the flooring anyway. So I don't think the flooring being delayed impacts that at all
