Sorry, had to. However, I know your chronic pain is no joke. And more frustrating is drs who don't listen or care enough to dive deeper into finding solutions. I'm with you and care for ya, just trying to make you laugh.

We got the migraines under control, that's made a huge difference. The other 2 main issues are not well understood so everything is guesswork (fibro, hEDs). Still running the gambit with random likely comorbidities with each.

Now I'm starting to get them again and it seems to relate to hormones, which are all over the board. For someone like my husband who's never had even a bad headache, it's really difficult to not murder him get him to understand how terrible it can be.

Yes, I'm on a preventative pill for them now. Weather is my biggest trigger

I have an abortive I can take as well when the pressure shift is too much to be handled by the preventative.

Also, nearly all my "allergy and sinus" issues have resolved since being on the preventative. Turns out it was a migraine reaction all along (I had migraines probably 5 days a week on average, I dismissed them as sinus headaches for years).

Upping my gabapentin & controlling my migraines has made huge moves to controlling the RLS & PLMD though - so I can sleep okay lately. Neurologist said my body was just constantly in fight mode from all that. Unfortunately, fibro disrupts deep sleep cycles on it's own. But this is still significantly better!

Stopped to check on the house yesterday, got exactly 0 photos though.

Tile is 100% completed. Floors, showers, backsplash, etc.

Driveway is carved out and leveled, but not poured yet.

Waterline run from well to house.

Electric buried and run to house.

Appliances need delivered.
Driveway needs poured.
Still waiting on the hardee board guy to get out and finish siding/etc so exterior can be painted.
Interior electric hookups and testing and everything need done.

I think that's it for big stuff? Whatever dumb landscaping is required.

Time change isn't for a month and the shift is already killing all 3 of us (me, matt, skeletor) waking up has been so difficult the last couple weeks.

Emmitt was my drill sergeant. He would demand I get up at 6 every morning. He had a strict routine that had to be followed. I guess it's a lab thing because Fynn is my snooze buddy. He could sleep all day. I have not been good at 6am wake ups. Maybe I need another lab.

He's STILL in bed. Hasn't even gotten up for breakfast yet. I've been up an hour but it was absolutely a struggle.

Still no sign of the timor, or any of the cherubs... or the neon cleaner or mandarin since day 2..... No carcasses found either though I'm sure my monster of a serpent star would have consumed them.

Hopefully moving in Dec, tank might hang out here for a month while we get the new one in and started. Need to start sourcing actual live rock for that. I am considering TB since I could do pickup instead of flying it in.

I'll probably keep most of the rock that's in this tank currently here - just actually structure it in a sensible fashion instead of "rpor" style.

All these fish will be moving into the big tank when it's ready. I also plan to add to the wrasse collection, and get some anthias. Looking at torch gardens, *maybe* some sticks, lots of meaty corals & lps in general for the big tank. Would really love to get a nice showpiece chalice as well.

If the mandarin is still swimming around somewhere, she'll stay in this tank with the ponies for that setup. All my sponges, gorgs, nps, softies, etc will stay in the cube for the ponies. I want a lot more of all of those as well. Pretty sure we're going to do pipefish and garden eels in there also. Will be starting a phyto/pod culturing endeavor.

The plan is to get the big tank ready, move all the fish and any corals needed over - then relocate the cube and set up for the ponies with as much saved water as possible.

I'm either going to need to supplement or replace the light for the new bigger tank from what I saved from my old bigger tank (going a bit longer). Threw almost all my partner tickets into the reefbreeders draw - he was talking about doing an exchange in program as well so, fingers crossed for both of those - lol

Skimmer should transition fine, will need a new/bigger ats for that tank though, it's going to stay in this one. Not sure what I want to do about the roller, I need to reach out because I think the sensor is going on this one anyway I'm hoping there's a way to replace that - I think this one is a bit undersized for the tank size I'm planning on going with so I'll need to get a new one for that tank and hopefully fix this one for this tank.

Been using the nyos chemicals in the tank for 2 weeks now - starting to see a little better fluff in the mushrooms again. Waiting on that aquaforest winning to come in - I considered going with their line but ultimately decided to go the other way for cost reasons so that was a happy coincidence.

sadly I had a large serpent star once upon a time that hunted the tank at night when the fish slept and devoured them. I do not agree with them being reef safe honestly. I know there are others who have had similar experiences. they are great for sumps... the worst ones are the large brown and the large green ones. I have had them both go rogue.

Yep, I suspect he might be doing the same thing with my fish that keep hiding. He has gotten massive overtime and it's one of the brown ones.

I get up at 6 so I can work out before work. I hate it, but that’s the only way it gets done.

If I’m lucky, I sleep in until 7 on the weekends…like the wild person I am.
