Cade Chaos Grimoire

Beyond annoyed.

Changed out my roller, cleaned out my ats.... Head up to the display to glue in things the urchin knocked loose....

Cyano is getting worse? It was significantly better yesterday....

Only on the left side of the tank.

I moved the powerhead to the back area to get better flow for the corals back there, thought maybe that's why front is getting worse but look at it all back there too...

Go to pull the powerheads off master/slave so I can try turning up just the left one.... The right one isn't even spinning?!

About to dose with bene bacteria, do the old "unplug and plug it back in" trick, and call it a day

Hopefully just flow, where are your nitrates and point of sale at?

Uhhhh I don't test those things. I'm pretty sure it's flow, I've never tested those things myself. Last icp said lower than I'd ever seen before - I'd have to pull the test results though. Maybe them falling out of balance. But no idea.

Good ole "turn off and on again" worked for the powerhead- it's spinning again. But, I can't get my roller to seal correctly so that it work like it's supposed to. I'm having a day.

Hope you get it sorted, not a fan of the roller mat thingies.

I despise socks & this definitely helps keep my water clearer. But for whatever reason the universe dislikes my plans today

Pulled my plug & roller out and cleaned a bunch of pineapple sponge & spirorbid worm casings from the seating. Seems to have fixed that problem.

Also ordered a sleeper banded to hopefully reside on the left side of my tank and help keep sand moving and clean over there. I'll probably regret this...

Summary

-Roller & powerhead both working properly again.
-Fish delivery planned for Thursday.
-Melanurus is suddenly not being a giant wrassehole??
-2 of the 3 bigger cuttings I took are halfway attached to rock rubble already.
-Tank is still sucking down calcium.

They really need to get this figured out for you
Pretty sure it's just normal healing process. It's only been just over a week.

Very gently lifted my right eyelid (as that's the one more tender today) - bruising on my eye from the stuff they used to hold it steady during the procedure. 1-3 weeks to heal generally. Normal.

Hope it gets better quick for you!

P04 can creep our of hand pretty quick without us knowing, if you can double check p04 and n03 ;)
