It's an empty snail shell. Gonna pull it in a few. Working on the micro tanks right now

What's even better about that? It was a hole in the shell. The aiptasia was coming up from a thicker chunk of the sand through the hole. it's gone now

I think the ruby is happier here than where it originally was. The gorg definitely is.

They always assume that if I'm near the tank I'm going to give them food. I don't have them trained as well as Simon though, doubt they'd eat from my hands.

It ate from my fingers on full day one with me, I spend a lot of time watching fish and their interactions with each other as well as natural eating habits and preferred foods, shake your head side to side like you would at a baby, smile and blow lip kisses, I am not a fish whisperer as someone once said but I do know how stressed and happy fish react.

Just went in for the CC today then came home early because of all the extra I worked last week (salary )

Dusky is going through some color development. Exciting. Can't get a good photo of it though.

Thursday I'm supposed to be picking up a pair of clowns from a local reefer. Already have the acclimation box set up with something for them to hide in as well, hopefully they'll do well with everyone else, if not - OH NO - time to set up a new tank.

Good call. Just tested earlier. Alk usage has gone way up on both the DT and reefer.
