So I have a Cade tank, and I'm having issues with the return nozzle. No matter how I angle it, it constantly blows the sand around. I've turned my return pump down quite a lot, and it still doesn't help much. My question is, does anyone know if I can replace the nozzle with one of those Loclines that can be angled a lot?

I can’t help with the specific question but I can bump the thread to see if we can get you some attention

You may want to check with Vivid Creative Aquatics (VCA) that makes RFGs and Loc-line adapters. They have several adapters for Waterbox that are metric, which I assume Cade is as well.

Hey, so I don't have this problem at all. But I keep my return nozzle fairly level with the water level for surface agitation - It's not really angled downwards at all. I use my power heads for flow elsewhere. I know for a fact that vivid aquatics makes the random flow generators that are compatible with the cade tanks, so you should be able to replace it with any loc-line style that's the same fitting size.

I have 2 Cades and one is a frag/lagoon style and as danieyella says above, i do not, nor have I ever had the issue you describe and keep mine flat for surface agitation. Have had a little splash with that but keep it under control.
I have more sanding out issues with the powerheads in the lagoon, but deal with it with aquascaping and ignoring.

Coincidentally, today I ordered a vivid random generator to see if it makes much of a difference with overall flow
