Cadlights has anyone dealt with them?

i ordered a protein skimmer from them it arrived broken. The acrylic is broken where the mount attaches, if that makes sense. Ive emailed and called withno response their voicemail is full so i can't even leave a message. I guess i was just hoping a rep was on here or knew someone who could help. I need to use the skimmer i can do a quick patch job but i just paid a 160 bucks for the skimmer i dont want them to refuse to replace the part because i super glued it lol. Heres a couple pics to show the damage

I bought a 125g tank system from them. It was reasonably well made. I did have a couple of small issues, like no plumbing shipped with the rest of the system. It took more than a couple of tries to get them to respond. Then when the plumbing did arrive, it was metric which was virtually useless to me. I'd just keep trying if I was in your spot.

That sucks- hopefully you can get through to them! I can't tell from the photo which part it is, but if it's where the mount attaches, it might be worth doing weld on instead of super glue if it's weight bearing.

ya i it is kinda hard to tell its the piece for the mount. im just running it with out it hopefully im able to "tune" it with out that piece. if not ill attempt weld on if i have too. thank yall for the help its appreciated!
