I just filled the sand in my tank. And i noticed theres a lot of water from the bag. Whays that water is it safe to do i drain it?

The water is to keep the bacteria alive and it's perfectly safe to keep although it might make the water pretty cloudy at first.

Don't forget to add the little packets. They really help to clear the tank.
