ok so need some advice i was gonna go with the triton method on my 120. but its always sold out i dont wanna start with and then switch off because of this so what would be my next or best opition goin mixed reef some lps and sps

The easiest is two part dosing (actually three if you dose magnesium. )
If you get a 3 stage pump or four you can swap methods.

Old school would be a calcium reactor. I have a smalll one for tanks under 75g. But would likely serve your purpose.

Two-part is likely the least expensive option.

ESV is the best premixed I know.

BRS has self mixes.

Add one gal rodi to powered.
Very easy

ESV two part here. I’m not at the point where I need to use a doser, as a single daily dosage keeps my numbers stable - at least as far as hobby grade test kits are concerned.
