Cal and mag adjustment time period

Need to bring cal up about 40ppm and mag up about 90ppm. How many days should I spread this over? Have seen 2 day, but would feel better doing it over the course of 7 days, or longer if better? Dosing ESV B-Ionic and will use the calcium part to raise cal, and their magnesium to raise mag.

I would just bolus dose it.

Those aren't huge jumps, so I would just add it all at once.

IMO, it depends on the purity of the products used. I'd aim for 2-3 days to spread out increases in impurities such as metals or ammonia.

B-Ionic products… calcium from the 2 part system and their separate magnesium.

Those are likely good products, but there's no reason to not take a few days.
