I am running my reactor with a planted aquarium electronic solenoid using the method where you have a steady stream of effluent.controlling with apex for ph inside the reactor and the bubble count.my question is regarding the bubble count assuming e erything else is stable,do less bubbles per minute raise or lower the alkalinity

Everything else unchanged, more CO2 results in a lower pH in the reactor which leads to more media dissolution, so that will either have no detectable effect, or will increase the alkalinity in the effluent.
