Calcium 2part alternative?

Hi I was wondering if I can use this calcium ice melt pellet to make up my calcium 2 part?
The package states:
Calcium Chloride 90-97%
Sodium Chloride. 1-2%
Potassium Chlodide 2-3%
Strontium Chloride 0-1%
Lowes has it on sale for $19. for 50lb bag

Potentially all those elements may only make up 93%. What might make up the other 7% ?

Probably water, but I still cannot know from such data if it is adequately pure since it is other stuff (that would not be listed) that is the concern. Things like copper.

BRS? Food grade from amazon isn't necessarily cheaper.

BRS aside 50 pound bags of calcium chloride from your local redimic are ~$20-30. One here even has anahydrous 40 pound bags for $30.
