If that's the case, I use the BRS dosers on a manual switch on the controller.

Best Combo - ESV two part (has the required trace elements as well and easier to make) and BRS Mag.

I buy 4 gallon ESV buckets from BRS for the two part....comes out to be around $90.

ESV is almost foolproof and considered in many circles as the top of the line.

Fusion Part 1 and 2 is great, but I'm with reefwiser on the Balling method, though I use Fauna Marin, essentially the same. The method is what provides everything needed.
