I have a Max E-170 and my water is good, a Hydra26 HD LED lights, and I can’t get my zoanthids to open up. I tried different light settings and different locations in the tank, no change. I’m using carbon as one of my media, good....bad....any thoughts?

We maybe need a full set of your water parameters to help you out here if you can post them

Water parameters would be helpful. But it does look like zoa pox.

Here are my Parameters
Calcium - 400
Alkalinity - 9.4
Salinity - 1.026
Temp - 78.5
PH - 8.2
Nitrate - 0
Phosphate - 0
Magnesium 1200

Lighting - Hydra 26 HD LED - 12 inches off the water and i have the Red Sea Max E-170
Lights start at 8:00am ramping up to 12:00 (to the settings below), 4:00 things start ramping down to 8:00pm. Royal blue at 3% all night
UV - 50%

Zoathids are at the bottom of the tank and in a low to med flow area

I dose nothing at this point, just getting started with coral and still doing my research. Water changes faithfully, 5 gallons a week, two fish in the tank, hermit crabs and turbo snails.
