calcium and magnesium

I'm going to go with no. I don't know exactly why, but every commercial or DIY dosing recipe I've ever seen always has alkalinity, calcium and magnesium separate.

If you're not dosing precise amounts daily either manually or with a doser, dosing from the topoff water isn't the best idea, as you never know how much is being dosed daily. If you're going to do anything, do the alkalinity that way as that is what drops the most each day, but try and only have it getting about half of what you think it needs daily to smooth out the swings and then do weekly corrections.
