Calcium at 784?

So my calcium has allegedly reach 784 ppm according to my Trident. I checked my tank with Hannah (529) and NSW (Reef Crystals 535) yesterday when Trident said it was 634. My hannah has been traditionally 100 ppm lower than the Trident. I shut off my AWC and Calc doser yesterday and 24 hours later I have a 100 ppm jump? I did notice all my chalices and all my montis are bleaching. I think the Trident may be wonky but Hannah is confirming Ca is high. Reading other threads I’m just gonna wait but anyone else having Trident issues?

You should try posting on the Official Neptune Systems Apex Community Group on Facebook, or the Trident Marine Aquarium Water Analyzer forum on the forums on their website.

I don’t have Facebook but I’ll check out the forum. Trident says Ca is 850 this morning.

Are you near the end of the reagent bottle? I recall reading a few posts where unexpected readings were attributed to air getting in the lines with bottles nearing empty.

In fact I am. 7%. Good call, the change reagent message was not there so I didn’t even think about that.

I don’t know when the change reagent message should trigger, but if you were expecting it and didn’t get it maybe a support ticket is still warranted?
