Looking for the recipe and protocol for "Coral Snow" to use as a floculant. I'm sure that this is answered in one of the 100 page threads of the doctoral thesises out there. I just want to cut to the chase and present a direct thread for anyone else posing the question.

IE... 1gram/gal weekly. Mix with 250ml tank water and pour into powerhead or sump.

It's that simple. Thanks!

This is what I purchased...

I use pure calcium carbonate more for clarity of the water
I do it once a week blow all the rocks off and add turn main filter off but leave power heads on for circulation. It’s is left for half an hour then turn the main filter back on. Job done
Dose 1 level teaspoon of calcium carbonate to 8oz of rodi water and mix together let it mix for 5 mins before using
I have had no ill effects at all and my water is the clearest I’ve ever had it . Hope this helps That amount does 50gallons
