I measured my Ca yesterday and it was 465ppm. Today is at 415ppm. Can my tank be consuming 50ppm per day?

Maybe, are you dosing anything? Did you test that twice? Water change or anything else? It's not impossible, but there's probably another answer. Usually 10-20 ppm is just measuring error, more usually has some other reasons.

My 110 takes about 90ppm of calcium and alkalinity a day.

Water change can definitely do it. But how much 2 part did you dose? Do you do a daily dose? Brs has some good videos on finding your steady daily dose. Sometimes adding too much can precipitate out.

The pic is not a tank that should be using 50 ppm calcium per day. I'm going with testing error.

Do you mean 90 mL of dosing solution? 90 ppm of alkalinity is over 5 dKH. I've yet to see a tank that goes through 5 dKH per day.

Doh, yes sorry. 90ml for my 110 of 2 part, and even that's high.

I dose 4ml of each daily. Dkh stays around 8-8.5, mag 1320

You have testing error - either a mistake by you or the test kit. A tank going through 4 mL of KH solution per day will not use 50 ppm of calcium per day.
