Calcium droped overnight

I been trying to get my levels right so I can have some kind of a everyday routine and know how much my tank need everyday but yesterday calcium level was at 400 I dose it 1.5oz calcium 2 part before I whet to bed and the same for alkalinity this morning. to night I tested it again checking it and I was at a 325 what's going on please help!

You're a relatively new member, so I'm going to assume that you're new to the hobby. Our test kits aren't that great compared to lab grade stuff. Put that together along with being new to testing, maybe not following every direction perfectly, and maybe being a little bit off in your measurements can result in some bigger than expected swings in your results.

If I were you, I'd not do anything drastic. I'd record the test information and do another test tomorrow and compare results.

I use salifert test kit I'll it again but it matters what time of day to check for Calcium and alkalinity

Consistency is key. You could do any time of day, but you should try to do it at about the same time just so that it is easier to calculate your consumption rate and adjust your dosage.
