I had a brain wave idea yesterday to help my PH it was 7.8 to 7.9. I decided to run my calcium reactor into my kalk wasser stirrer to help combat the low PH that comes out of it, 24 hours later my tanks turned a little milky looking. Any idea what happened?

Have you checked your calcium levels? Sounds like its causing some type of precipitation.

Post your current parameters if possible.

I thought this would work fine. Anybody try this? Is the low PH from my DaStaco calcium reactor (6.0 PH) Reacting to the Kalk?

Simple answer is that's a bad idea. The calcium carbonate you dissolved in the low pH of the reactor just precipitated back out again in the high pH of the limewater. :)

And any excess CO2 in the calcium reactor effluent will react with the calcium in the Kalk reactor to also form insoluble CaCO2.
