Calcium reactor and apex Q

Measuring ph in both, more interested in the ph in the reactor..presently my high low is set at 6.90 on....6.80 off ,my bubble count is 1 bubble every 4seconds...my alk in the tank is measuring10.4...I am trying to reduce the alkalinity closer to 8 and am wondering whether to raise the ph high low...or the bubble to 1 every 5 or more.I know it's a balancing act but I am looking for direction.I am leaving my flow constant

I can't tell what is regulating yours between the bubble count or the pH. People usually only use one of them.

In any case, lowering the bubble count or raising the pH is the way to go.

What settings are you using for high low ph settings on the apex and bubble counts on regulator( i am using the planted electronic).trying to dial mine in and wondering what others have
I came into the right melting point for my reef at 7.25 on and 7.15 off.

Then Hybird got on my case about smoothing it out by fine tuning the bubble count. So now it stays flat lined and it's less wear and tear on the Apex and solenoid switches.

And I use the constant flow method instead of dripping the output, so you don't clog.
