Has anyone ever done to split their calcium reactor efflluent output? I mean 2 separate peristaltic pump will be pulling aquarium water through the reactor instead of pushing water through the reactor.

Maybe because i am tired, but unsure if would work in this manner.
1.)most peristaltic pumps are not designed for continuous use like this, that is a lot of stretching of the tubes.
2.) not sure would be enough pressure to prime a carx reactor, to begin the pulling of water in.

I agree, to what purpose? Feeding two separate tanks would be problematic unless you also spilt the input .... even then there’d be no way to balance input/effluent per tank.

IF one pump head isn't enough, so you run one head at full output and adjust the second pump head to control the total through-put and set your Alk level in one tank/system?
