Calcium reactor help

Need help with what components I need for a calcium reactor. I’m looking to buy the Aquamaxx ctech 2 and just a basic regulator if that’s all I need. I have an apex as well and will be using that to measure ph in the reactor

Do I need a solenoid? I’m trying to learn it all but some of it is confusing

If you're set on the reactor IMHO the most important piece of equipment is the regulator. Look into the aquarium plans regulator. It comes with the solenoid. The solenoid is used to regulate CO2 to the reactor.

Aquarium plants* carbon doser regulator. I agree this is the easiest one to dial in your carx
