I have had my CARX set up for over 3 months now. PH ranged from 6.5 down to 6.3 sometimes. My media is the Seachem Large media and I dont think it has moved down pass the line.

Does this seem like a problem? I have a large bag of Reborn I am fixing to swap this out with.

The large media doesn’t melt very quickly. Have you tested the dkh of your effluent line?

Is your tank dKH stable? That is the goal, right? as long as you are achieving the end goal, its doing its job. I have also blended my media with a combination of large and smaller medias.

That is correct. Yes it is very stable. However, I dose Kalk so it does keep my levels pretty consistent anyways. I am just wondering why the media hasn't budged. Just want to make sure the CARX is working properly.

Best way to make sure your reactor is working properly is to check the effluent. If it has a higher dkh than your tank it's doing something...
