I got my calcium reactor used and it came with pinpoint controller.
I noticed it is loud when it opens co2 and sometimes it is loud for like 30 seconds. Buzzing sound. Since I run my tank with Apex I wonder if I can just use Apex to control co2? Is this pinpoint controller any better? Looks old, analog device. It is quite pricey, so I don't know, maybe it is super precise, and Apex doesn't give that precision or doesn't measure fast enough?
Beside the noise I have a feeling I have too much gear/cables in my cabinet.
I am thinking the simple solution to connect ph probe as a secondary probe to my apex classic and then based on the ph on/off outlet for valve.
How do you guys run your tanks?
