I'm considering the MTC Minical based on the overall reputation of the company. I know some people using the ProCal who LOVE it but I'm finding little to no reviews on the Minical. Any thoughts on it?

Obviously the tank will be sps dominant. I've got a nice dual stage regulator I just picked up. I'll be running this off the return pump at first until I can track down a masterflex at a decent price.

I'm mainly concerned with experience on the Minical though. If there's none I'll be a trail blazer and try it out. Any thoughts on it?

Ive never used a calcium reactor, but from what ive read, the regulator is an important part of it.

Regulator and feed pump are probably more important than the reactor itself. Regulators I have covered. I have two to chose from

Concoa 312 with hoke 1300 series needle valve and Burkert solenoid

Air products dual stage regulator with Fabco needle valve and Burkert solenoid.

Unless dropped or damaged physically, these regulators should last long enough for my grandchildren to use on their calcium reactors
