I'm in the processing of building a fish room that will maintain 3 tanks: a 220gal SPS, a 60gal mixed reef, and 30gal frag tank. I need recommendations on a calcium reactor. I've always just dosed my systems, even my big SPS tanks, but its now time I get a reactor.

To go along with the reactor, where do you recommend getting the regulator and everything else i'd need to go with it?

GEO with extra chamber. He also sells a CarbonDoser Electronic CO2 Regulator.
I have an old setup with the Smith dual gauges and Milwaukee MA957 CO2 Regulator
I do not use the solenoid to turn the CO2 off and on. It will only cut off the gas if it drops below a certain point. I use a steady bubble count and fast drip to keep CO2 where it needs to be.
You might also want to run some magniesum media mixed with the reborn to keep mag levels up
