calcium reactor sizing?

revisiting this thread. I converted my old diy kalk reactor into a new larger ca reactor and installed a ph probe into the top of it. The ph range is averaging 6.38. I tested my effluent tonight and it is right around 19. My drip rate is a fast drip just short of a steady stream. I had to add arm media, reborn seems to be out of stock at most places. I am still having to add alk supplements to keep my levels up in the mid 8's. How should I adjust this thing to get it dialed in?
