Calcium reactor w/ Kamoer not pumping

Hey reefers,

I woke up to my calcium reactor no longer pumping effluent into the tank.
Im not sure if I lost the seal / prime or what.

Can you help me out so I can get it running again?

there appears to be no water in the tubing from the reactor to the kamoer pump (pull configuration)

this is empty tubing going from reactor to pump:

any idea how I get the fluid pumping again??

Maybe build up somewhere in the tube? May want to take the tube out and check.
