WHEN IS IT TIME TO PUT A CALCIUM REACTOR TO A REEF TANK ALSO IS IT IT BETTER TO HAVE A SECONDARY CHAMBER TO GO WITH IT I HAVE A RED SEA REEFER 750XXL

I have no idea what size a 750xxl is, so please just post gallons or dimensions for better help. This is like telling me that you have a n3s2 motor in your car instead of just saying a honda v6.

The time to use one is when you want to. There are other methods that are plenty good (kalkwasser, 2/3 part, etc) and work well, so you need to decide what works for you. Each have their pros and cons - most people unanimously choose calcium reactor with larger tanks with large demand.

You do not need a second chamber if you tune your reactor well. If you are using too much co2, then a second chamber can help some to get the effluent pH up. If you want to use a ph probe and controller to run your reactor, then you will likely need a second chamber since they are not efficient.

i have ph problems in my apartment its located towards the back of the building so really get no fresh air i have a co2 scrubber to help with the ph i heard a secondary chamber helps with the ph but i do not know nothing about calcium reactors i was told by fellow reefers dosing would not be good for this size tank

Read up about dosing kalkwasser. It will work well if your demand is low. It will keep your pH up too.

Depends on load. It sure who told you dosing wouldnt work in that tank as I’ve been dosing for two years on the same tank with about 125 frags. It works fine. Just recently switched to a reactor for trace elements mainly.
