Yep first real trip out of town...and a chemistry issue popped up in my tank.

I changed the bottles in the Neptune because they were running out. Did a test and everything seemed normal.

Went out of town...and the calcium shot up to over 600. Anyone have any ideals of why this would happen? I did a water change a week ago. The tank is new, only two months old, only has two clown fish in it (1" each) and 5 snails and 5 coral frags.

Should I be worried? The other tank elements are "normal" The ORP is a bit high too.

I have had similar things happen with my trident when switching reagent bottles. I would recalibrate or check with another test to get more info.

In my case trident showed calcium over 600 other test showed it was in the 400s

I'd not be worried in the least. Hopefully you are not dosing anything with a tank that new. I'd not even bother testing Ca for a year or once your coral load is consuming it.
