Tri-sulpur is used to help with ick, it killed my good bacteria as well as the bad, I have been dosing no pox for about six months now, what is your opinion on the trickle plates

I do not really know what trisulfur is and cannot find and useful description of

I do not see any need for trickle filters in a reef tank. If nitrate is elevated, the plates might usefully be removed. If nitrate is not elevated, the plates are not hurting anything.

Thanks I will remove the bottom 1 first and see what happens,I cut back on the no pox yesterday to 5ml and added 15 ml of vinegar

Now I have been advised to use bio-pellets, not sure how they work

I do not prefer them to liquids. They are harder to control timing and dose amounts, and need a reactor.
