could your calcium be low while alkalinity is stable at 8.2 im asking because for some reason my calcium is dropping like crazy this is a new set up with a couple of sps and mini zoa colonie i use the hanna calium checker it tested at 387 i dosed in the morning and when i got back from work it was 381 i took a water sample to lfs store he told me my calcium is 425 he uses saifert test kit what could this be

hi mag off, imo alk 10,mag 13-1400 cal 450 ,all three need to be in balance ,do you have a lot of coralline growing ,that would eat a lot of cal

ok have to get a mag test kit but if my mag is high how do i lower it without messing up my salinity and alk
