I'm setting up an awc with the apex DOS. When I do the initial calibration, does it matter the length of the hoses, or is it just the amount that fills the container that counts. It's in the garage so I'd rather do all that there than run the tubing 30 feet into the house. I think I can just run water through until it comes out, and then start the calibration, right?

It’s what ends up in the container that counts. Just keep in-mind that the length of the tubing, bends, curves, etc. could have a bearing on the output at the end. I would probably calibrate it twice: once before and again after you run the full length of tubing.

that is what I thought but figured I'd better confirm as it is for water changes. good plan to run it twice!
