I made an order about a month ago (6/23/20) for some calibration fluid and a replacement fitting for the KH director and it still has yet to be shipped.. and I reached out to GHL about a week after my order (7/1/20) and they said it should ship within 2 weeks. I reached out to GHL again yesterday morning but haven't got a response yet. I've got my KH director just sitting around collecting dust because I can't set it up.. hopefully they can reply today and get it sent out, but is this normal for GHL? In the future should I expect to wait a month or more just to get in the parts we need to run their devices? I can try to plan way ahead, but if this is normal for them I'd probably rather just go with another controller where the parts are more readily available/accessible.
