Good Day All,
I have had my eyes on doing a cube since I fell in love with @ReefCubed 's. Though I was not able to do a 93g, I did find a happy medium and would like to share the build. This tank was possible by making a deal with the wife saying she could choose the fish. (Oh Joy!)
What we have here is a Red Sea Reefer Nano (Black). After being back ordered for a few months it arrived and I did not hesitate to put it together.
Specs
- Low-Iron Rimless Glass
- 18" x 18" x 18"
- 21 Gallons (Display) / 28 Gallons (Including Sump)
- 1.2 Gallon ATO
- Jeboa DCT-8000 Return Pump
- Jeboa WP-4
- 30lbs of Live Sand
- Kessil 350N
- Custom Rock Insert (jestersix)
I do have to say I love the build quality! I put the stand together without a problem, and the plumbing was super easy and it is totally quiet! I am struggling with space in the sump, but I think after I do some research I can find a nice skimmer.
This tank has been running for 2 months now, so I have a little catching up to do...
