So this issue is not getting the traction it deserves and I think by highlighting the PollyAnna worst case scenario maybe just maybe I can drum up some concern. "Elkhorn Coral" is illegal to own. There are no "Grandfather" rights and if the NOAA finds you have "elkhorn coral" they can fine you up to $3000 or put you in jail for 9 months. Now the NOAA wants to add "Frogspawn Coral" to the same list. How do you feel about that? Would you like to comment to the NOAA? Well here's your chance . . .
