Calling all interior decorators! What to put over tank?

I have a blank wall above my tank that is asking for some art. Without detracting too much from the tank, and considering it is in our main living room, any suggestions? What do others have here?

Ya those are awesome! I want some for my basement fish cave. For above the tank I’m looking for something a bit more conservative that will blend with the home decor of a family room better. That would match the decor of my college apartment better than my current home

If it were me, I'd probably put a shelf so I can pile things up for easy access

Ha, almost! It is the closest replacement I could find a few years ago for my original finnex fixture that lived out its life. Some Chinese brand I found that fit double-ended halide and T5 bulbs. But I switched the ballasts out for Icecaps (MH) and Samsung (T5).

A nice seaside landscape may work. Although my wife and personal decorator would say what ever you choose should complement, not contradict, the decor in the rest of the room and it does not need to be Marine related.

My wife AND daughter would flay me alive if I did that!! But I would still have the nod. I do interior decorating and my wife has complete control over the exterior.
